The Incense Box is a delivery service that's designed to help you relax and find peace of mind; our members just happen to enjoy awesome smelling scents. Each month, we deliver new handcrafted incense, essential oils, and more directly to your door. We even include a monthly meditation plan to help you relax!
How do I join The Incense Box?
Select the plan you'd like and click on the "Get This" button on theincensebox.com. Once you fill in the billing information, we ask for your shipping info and you’re good to go!
How does The Incense Box Work?
Thought you’d never ask! Each month, we’ll send you new incense fragrances for you to experience and enjoy. Your first box includes 3 packs of 20 handsoaked incense, one essential oil (5ml), two Palo Santo sticks, and one FREE 2-in1 Hamsa incense burner (first box only). Your second box onward includes new fragrances of everything in the first box PLUS a second essential oil! Want more? No problem. Check out our Incense Surprise or Incense Only boxes.
All products have been hand selected, tested and approved by our team. We take great care to send only awesome, high quality incense and oils that we enjoy ourselves!
What’s inside the box?
Our premium quality, hand dipped stick incense are soaked completely for 36 to 48 hours before being laid out to air dry. These amazing 11” sticks are packaged in bundles of twenty and hand-sealed to provide you with a pleasant fragrance experience. These sticks smell so good that you can enjoy them without even burning them. Our incense are made with a blend of essential oils and paraben-free fragrance oils; so no harmful chemicals are added.
We enjoy essential oils so much that we had to include them. There are so many ways you can enjoy our oils that you’re in for a real treat. You can add some water to a diffuser and mix in a few drops of oil to spread the aroma throughout the house, place a few drops in a steamy bath for a relaxing experience, or you can simply open the bottle and waft it under your nose for a pleasant experience.
We've recently added PALO SANTO incense sticks to all boxes excluding Just Oils. These natural wood aromatic incense were used for centuries by the Incas and indigenous people as a remedy for purifying and cleansing. Unlike conventional incense which burns completely after lighting, Palo Santo may be relit many times. When lighting, allow the wood to burn for less than a minute, blow out the flame and enjoy! You can place the sticks in a ceramic contain to enjoy.
When do boxes ship?
All Boxes are shipped 16th of each month. When the 16th falls on a weekend, we will ship the Monday after the 16th. Transit times depend of zip code. Transit days are generally 2-3 days inside the United States and 6-7 days to Canada. Orders must be received by the 15th to ship the 16th. Orders received after the 16th will not ship until the following month.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United States included APO/FPO address; as well as, to Canada!
Are there any shipping fees?
Shipping is FREE inside the United States and just $9.99 to Canada.
When will you bill me for my subscription order?
Excellent question! All existing subscriptions are automatically re-billed on the 26th of each month.
When will I receive my first box?

Most US orders arrive in 4-6 days from when they're shipped. International orders my take a bit longer since boxes need to go through customs.
What happens if I move?

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
That’s the worst! Most orders take 4-6 days to arrive. Please contact a member of our customer support team if it's been longer than that at firstname.lastname@example.org . We can help you get tracking, order status, and other important information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do I cancel/skip my subscription? How do I reactivate my account?
It’s easy! Simply shoot us a quick email to
to cancel by the 25th of the month and you’re all set. No hurdles, no worries. We'll be right here if you need us again! You can also login to your profile to skip a renewal! If you're ready to come back, simply login to your account and click the "Reactivate" button.
Skipping a renewal: If you have a month to month plan and decide to skip a renewal, you will be skipping one month. Now, if you have a three month prepaid subscription and it was set to renew on January 1, if you opted to skip the next renewal, then the January 1 renewal would be pushed back to the next scheduled renewal date, which would be April 1.
Please note: If you cancel from your account, it does not cancel any open orders/shipments you may have. Cancellations must be submitted by the 15th of each month. To cancel or request a refund for an order, please email us at email@example.com
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, goods cannot be returned.
